Alexandra Breckenridge stepped out in one of our Stop Staring Rockabilly Dresses for a special screening of FX’s American Horror Story at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in Hollywood this past Wednesday. Alexandra, who played young Moira in season one of the hit show, was spotted rocking the 30’s Bombshell Dress in Black and Red. Alexandra definitely knows how to pull-off the rockabilly look well. She opted for a simple no jewelry look but complemented the dress with shiny patent blood red peep-toe heels for the complete retro feel. The effect was eye-catching. The new season for the show will be completely different from the first. Although many of the specific details are still under wraps it is known that not all the original cast is coming back. We hope to see Alexandra Breckenridge on the new season and we hope tot see her continuing to rock her Stop Staring Little Black Dresses. The 30’s Bombshell Dress in Black and Red is a fast seller so get yours before they are all gone!

On April 11th the young starlet was seen rocking the Gathered Ava Dress in Red for the premiere at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood of the new blockbuster movie The Avengers. Janel looked stunning in the red dress with contrasting black suede open-toe booties. The next day, on April 12, Janel was “spotted at the Paleys Center’s Opening of “Television: Out of the Box.” For this event Janel opted for a cute 1950’s Dress called the Belinda in Navy Blue. She wore the Belinda with strappy tan platform heels that complemented the tan trim and bow of the dress. Her two looks were completely different but she rocked them equally well. “As a young punk rock girl, she had a natural talent for taking hand me downs and turning them into her own edgy creations. “Even as a punk designer, I was still designing retro inspired clothing. The only difference was the era of inspiration,” she explains. In the early 90’s, while attending Cal State Fullerton, Alicia stood apart from all of the others. Despite all of her girlfriends falling in love with her personal style, Alicia received other attention. One day she showed up on campus wearing a handmade plastic skirt that read “Stop Staring!” along the back. She has been “The Stop Staring! Girl” ever since.”
