Style Network’s fashion savvy “How Do I Look?” host Jeannie Mai talks the talk and walks the walk. Keeping with Kentucky Derby tradition Jeannie attended the event rocking those oh so famous eye popping hats! She paired a delightful bright yellow feather and a pastel pink rose hat with the Billion Dollar Baby Dress in Pink. Jeannie looked chic and ladylike in this super summery extremely popular Cocktail Dress. The retro look was definitely appropriate for attending an event with the magnitude and historic importance of the Kentucky Derby. So appropriate in fact that it landed Jeannie in Elle Magazine’s style coverage of the event. Elle covered “The racetrack’s brightest looks” and of course with Jeannie looking so Retro Fab in her Stop Staring outfit she had to make the list.

Ladies, you all know that the Billion Dollar Baby Dress is a super hot little number. This Retro Dress style flies off the shelves so get yours while they last!

Just Jared Jr. currently has a post on ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars star Janel Parrish rocking two gorgeous Stop Staring Rockabilly Dresses. On April 11th the young starlet was seen rocking the Gathered Ava Dress in Red for the premiere at El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood of the new blockbuster movie The Avengers. Janel looked stunning in the red dress with contrasting black suede open-toe booties. The next day, on April 12, Janel was “spotted at the Paleys Center’s Opening of “Television: Out of the Box.” For this event Janel opted for a cute 1950’s Dress called the Belinda in Navy Blue. She wore the Belinda with strappy tan platform heels that complemented the tan trim and bow of the dress. Her two looks were completely different but she rocked them equally well. Her first look was all glam Rocker chic while the latter was fresh and summery. Both the Gathered Ava Red and the Belinda in Navy Blue are currently available. Do not hesitate to get them before they sell out!

The love keeps on pouring for the Stop Staring Fall/Winter Collection! All the Retro Clothing pieces were charming and gorgeous on their own right. However, the one piece to have garnered the most attention so far out of the entire collection has to be Golden Hollywood Gown. The gorgeous evening dress was featured in the Los Angeles Times under “Draped and Gathered-A sampling of fall 2012 creations form local designers” recently. The LA Times highlighted the most memorable pieces shown at fashion week and could not forgo adding the sexy siren golden gown to the mix. It’s classic Old Hollywood glamour incited gasps and cheers from the crowd present at the Style Fashion Week Los Angeles Stop Staring Fashion Show when it hit the catwalk. It is therefore not totally surprising that the media loved it as well. Different media outlets have been raving about it since it’s debut at fashion week. How exciting is that! The Fall/Winter Collection will not be available for another couple of months but Summer is almost upon us and there is no better way to receive it than with super cute 1940’s Dresses available now.

Stop Staring has become synonymous with Retro Clothing. The company has for many years now been at the forefront of the vintage-inspired classic style movement. Few, however, realize that the person that brought this successful company into realization is in fact a woman. Designer Alicia Estrada is the creator of all the iconic Stop Staring Vintage Clothing Styles as well as the founder. Alicia built the company from the bottom up with her own two hands, literally. It is therefore no surprise that Fashion Business Inc invited her to give a seminar during the Los Angeles International Textile Show this past Tuesday at the California Market Center. Alicia recounted her startup story to over a hundred people who found her story to be truly inspiring. The emotions she evoked from the crowd were obvious as she got bombarded by grateful fans who could not get enough at end of the event.
