Where can I purchase items from the Catalog that are not in the online shop?
If you have received a catalog and would like more information about where to get these items please call us or email us and our friendly staf can help with finding which store is carrying that item in stock.

Do you ship internationally, and if so how long does it take and what is the cost?

If I purchase something and it does not fit, can I exchange it for a different size?

I'm not sure what size to order.
We have a size chart to help you out which can be viewed here. If you need further help choosing your size, feel free to email us your measurements. We are more then happy to help you order the right size. Also, make sure to read the dress description because it can give helpful information. Information such as fabric (stretchy or non stretchy), or if the style ran big or small.
I can't seem to order my size in the item Id like to purchase.
This means that your size is out of stock. If your size is listed and there is a preorder date listed in the description, this means you can preorder it. See preorder information on the next question.
How long do preorder items take to ship out?
Preorder items can take 4-8 weeks to ship out. Each style has its own delivery date, please refer to it in the dress description. You will receive an email when your backorder ships out. We recommend placing preorders rather than waiting, because the preorders can sell out before the style even comes in stock. We do charge your card at the time you place the order. If you order something else that is in stock, it will ship out right away. Please see the pre-order section for more details on pre-orders.

Can I stop by your showroom? Can I actually make purchases there?
Yes, you can stop by our showroom and shop! We are open Monday-Friday 10am- 4pm. Please call the day you plan to come in, to make sure we are open. Sometimes we are closed for vacation or holidays. Here is our address:

If I need something by a certain date, can I pay for express shipping?
