This dress is the superb prom dress! It doesn't take much to look amazing in this dress. Our Cover Girl dress is adorable, yet sexy, and still maintains that traditional swing look. Features a classic halter top with a surprise flirty design. The design has pleating underneath the bust, revealing a white contrast sweetheart neckline that also has pleating that follows the heart shape. The fabric is a medium weight Rayon material without stretch. The dress is, however, very comfortable and not skin tight. The contrast is a white cotton pick dot.
