Order Returns Policy

All Orders are shipped Monday Through Friday. No order will ship out on the weekend. Any order Placed after 1:00 pm on friday will not ship until the following Monday. Please Note that we do close for most major holidays and will post clearly any closures in advance.

International Orders:

Please note that when making a multi item purchase all international orders must ship complete.

If you wish to place an order for a PREORDER item please be aware that if you have other items that may be ready for shipment, your order will not ship until the PREORDER item has arrived in our wherehouse.

So if you wish to have ready to ship items shipped please place a separate oreder for the PREORDER items so that we can process ready ship items immedietly. if you have any questions please feel free to contact us at info@stopstaringclothing.com

Domestic Orders:

All multiple item orders will ship complete providing all items on order are in stock. If your order contains a preorder item we will not ship your order until all items are ready to ship. But if you wish to break up the order and have items shipped separately we can do this, but there will be additional shipping and handling charges that will apply to each shipment.

Back order items can take 4-8 weeks for delivery. You will receive an email when your order ships out.

Orders

All domestic orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. International orders can take 1-5 business days after receipt of payment to ship out.
Credit card orders will ship immediately unless item is not in stock. You will be notified via e-mail of any item not in stock or please check the order status via your login account. All orders being paid via Money order will be processed upon receipt of payment. All orders being paid for by check upon receipt of payment please allow additional time for check to clear.
We offer the following domestic shipping options. Please note that prices vary by location. Ups Ground time also varies by location, all other methods are guaranteed.

-These are estimates for shipment of one item, please add $2-3 for each additional item.
-Please provide us with a non PO box address. UPS does not ship to PO box address, and that is our only domestic shipping method.

-Please acknowledge that these are the estimated time and cost. It is traveling a far distance, so please be patient. The packages can sometimes get held up in customs when it arrives to your country, and it is our of our control. You may also have to pay duty/tax to customs depending on your countries policies. This is also out of our control, and we are not responsible for this.

Return Policy

All returns will only be accepted on an exchange basis only! We do not give refunds what so ever. If you have received an item that is flawed or damaged Please Contact us immediately by Phone at (213)-627-1480 weekday between the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm pst Monday thru Friday or by e-mail at retsales@stopstaringclothing.com
For a size exchange you must send your item back within 7 days of receiving it. Item must be returned with original receipt from Stop Staring! In original wrapping, unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped, right side out. Items Not Returned as stated will be charged a 15% restocking fee. When sending you item back we recommend that you use a carrier that can issue you a tracking number, as to insure that we have received your item. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles sent back to us without a proper form of tracking. You will be charged for shipping back to you,so please include contact information in the package. Please contact us before sending packages back, if you do not you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Please do not send back the catalogs and price sheets, those are for you to keep.

There are no returns on custom made orders!
