This is a very lovely dress!
I got a medium as this dress doesn't stretch and my measurements are 34B, 27 waist and 39 hips. You could definitely wear a crazy pushup bra and not worry about it maxing out the dress.
It had a classy, and not skin tight fit on me, which I liked.
Very high quality!
P.S. on the belt that it came with, I was definitely on the last hole instead of the first one as pictured.
