Thank you for placing an order with Stop Staring! We greatly appreciate your business!

We will gladly accept exchanges, based on the following guidelines.

Need to Return your Item

No Problem We will make it right! Please read through our Returns Policy, and pick one of our 3 easy options.

Here are your choices :

1. Store Credit + $5 Extra:

  • *Receive a Stop Staring store credit for the amount of your return, plus an Extra $5 credit will be added to your Credit that you can use toward your next purchase, and use the supplied return label that came with your package
    Only 1 additional credit will be issued per order

  • *From the day you receive your order you must ship it back to us within 7 days, to qualify for store credit.

  • * This Extra Credit is only valid on orders shipped within the US

  • *Store credits and bonuses and are not redeemable for cash.

  • *Orders are not eligible if a previous return against this order already received the $5 credit.

2. Refund:

  • *Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a $6. shipping fee when you use our supplied return shipping label. 
    The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total at the time your return is processed. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method minus this fee.

  • *We can only issue a refund to the original payment method used, there are no exceptions.

  • *Your items must be sent back with original receipt from Stop Staring! in original wrapping, unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped and right side out.

3. Exchanges:

  • *Need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as the item is still in stock. 

  • *You also may exchange the item for a different item of equal or greater value. If the new item is of a greater value you will be required to pay the difference before we can ship you your exchange

  • *Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (US) customers.

  • *Exchanges are free when you use the return shipping label we sent with your package.

Our US Returns & Exchanges Policy
The following policy applies to domestic orders only. 

Eligibility Window: To qualify for a return, items must be received back to us within 7 days after receipt of your order.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

    • *All Items marked as final sale.

    • *All Custom Made items or custom color/fabric items.

    • *Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

    • *Returns received in damaged/worn condition.

    • *Returns sent back after the 7 day window.

    • *Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:

  • *Returns returned after the 7 day return window All returns will have the $6 shipping fee deducted and are not eligible for the $5 bonus offer.

Packaging Requirements:

Your items must be sent back with original receipt from Stop Staring! in original wrapping, unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped and right side out.

Damaged Items:

Items returned Damaged, visibly worn or Missing Tags will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the $6 shipping fee if you use our supplied return label.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

If you received an order from Stop Staring as a gift, you can still return it. We'll issue you a store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account. (No Refunds)!

What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?

Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

Also Please do not send back any Catalogs that were included in your shipment those are yours to keep.
